I’ve carried a lot of the things I’ve learned and experienced in my life into becoming a Fitness Professional. I love the physical as well as mental benefits that come with training hard and staying active consistently. I've truly found my mission in life which is to help as many people as I possibly can, to feel empowered and live better lives through fitness. Creating lives better lived.

Margaret Sutton
(aka "Maggi")

At a young age I was a single mom, so to provide for my family I went back to school and worked in the medical field as a medical office assistant for over 10 years.I enjoyed interacting with patients and very often, found it to be so rewarding. Working in the medical field I realized how important it was to stay healthy for myself and my family.
I have been going to the gym for many years, taking many different classes and learning strength training.  I not only gained self confidence but also overall better health.

I even Met my husband at the gym and We have now been happily married for several years!  Personal Training to me is more than just creating some steps and calling it a workout, it's where you can see results in a session that is designed just for you to help  you reach and attain your desired goals.

Dale Piccioni
(aka Dale)

I started getting into fitness when I was at a job that I absolutely hated. It took up most of my time and resulted in me feeling depressed and making poor, unhealthy choices with the little free time that I did have. I set out to do something for self-improvement, so I endeavored to become versed in nutrition and fitness. After several years of educating myself and making progress I felt great and thought “Everyone should feel this way”.

It was at that point I decided to get a personal trainer certification so I could share my knowledge and help people reach their health and wellness goals. Having been skinny until very recently, I can relate to people striving to make a transformation that will give them more confidence about how they look and feel. Whether that means body re-composition by way of losing fat and gaining muscle, or putting muscle onto a skinnier frame, it is extremely fulfilling to see the change in someone’s demeanor when they are happy with what they see in the mirror.
In addition to a personal trainer I am also a 6th degree black belt in Isshinryu karate. I have been involved with martial arts for most of my life. I teach classes to students of all ages. I find it to be a great way of developing confidence, discipline, flexibility, balance and control of one’s body in space, among other things. In both karate and personal training, I love to watch my clients and students make progress and hit new milestones!

 CHRISTINA WIELAND
(AKA TINA)

I was never athletic growing up and the only way I knew how to lose weight and get “healthy” was through quick fixes and fad diets.
Over the years, I took an interest in health and fitness and studied everything I could. I lost 25 pounds in my own journey and found balance through living a life I enjoy and working hard towards my goals. I was amazed and excited about how great that I felt. I set out to help others feel as great as I did.

In my early to mid 20s, I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) as well as Hashimoto's Thyroiditis/Hypothyroidism. My hormones were always imbalanced and living a healthy lifestyle was what helped to manage my conditions and keep symptoms at bay. This furthered my passion for helping others of all  walks of life to take control of their health and become their best selves.
I truly believe you can live a healthy life and enjoy the doughnut. I love helping my clients create a healthy lifestyle that they love and have the freedom to reach their goals.
